par99 Platform Usage Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and par99 ("par99", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the par99 website available at https://par99.cam and any associated services, products, features, applications and content offered through the Platform.

par99 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for adult users. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets, live casino products, slots, table games and associated promotional content. All services are directed exclusively at adult users who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of their location, except where expressly indicated otherwise. Users accessing par99 from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling restrictions may apply under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation, and that it is their sole responsibility to understand and comply with applicable local law. par99 does not provide legal advice and nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the par99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account or use any part of the Platform. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. par99 reserves the right to carry out age verification checks at any time, including during registration and prior to processing any withdrawal. If a User is found to have misrepresented their age, their Account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned net of any applicable processing fees as permitted by law.

You must not access or use the Platform if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistan has gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. par99 does not claim to be licensed or authorized by the Government of Pakistan or any Pakistani regulatory authority. Users in Pakistan access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

Each User may maintain only one active Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts, Accounts registered in the name of another individual, and Accounts created for the purpose of exploiting promotional offers are prohibited. par99 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and confiscate associated balances where abuse is detected.

By registering an Account, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting on behalf of any third party. Agents, syndicates and automated betting systems are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by par99.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during Account registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. par99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of this information at any time via the KYC process. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

All Users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals can be processed. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID and proof of address issued within the preceding three months. par99 may request additional documentation at its reasonable discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of receiving a verification request may result in Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. par99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. par99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify par99 immediately at [email protected]. par99 will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend Account activity pending the outcome of the investigation.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, Users may access the Platform to:

• Browse sports betting markets, odds and related information;
• Place bets on available sports events and markets;
• Participate in casino games, live dealer games and slots available on the Platform;
• Manage their Account, including deposits, withdrawals and responsible gambling settings;
• Access promotional offers to which they are eligible under published bonus terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on par99:

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent betting activity;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal funds of illicit origin;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting eligibility for promotions;
• Any activity that disrupts, damages or compromises the security or integrity of the Platform.

All bets placed on par99 are subject to acceptance by the Platform at its absolute discretion. A bet is not deemed accepted until a confirmation reference is generated and displayed. par99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. par99 endeavors to maintain accurate odds, but reserves the right to correct manifest errors. If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a manifest error — for example, a typographical error or data feed malfunction — par99 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake, or to settle the bet at the correct price at its reasonable discretion.

In the event that a match, series or event is cancelled, postponed or otherwise abandoned — including but not limited to PSL fixtures, T20 international matches, ICC tournament games or domestic Pakistan cricket — bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event type. Generally, stakes are returned for voided events unless otherwise stated in the applicable market rules.

In-play betting markets are offered where technically available. Odds during in-play markets may fluctuate rapidly. par99 cannot guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets and may suspend, remove or delay any in-play market at its discretion, including during periods of technical difficulty or data uncertainty.

Casino games and live dealer games available on par99 are provided by third-party game suppliers. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are designed to produce statistically random outcomes. par99 does not control third-party game software and is not responsible for the technical operation of games supplied by third parties.

Promotional offers, welcome bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses and VIP rewards are subject to individual eligibility criteria and specific bonus terms published alongside each offer. Not all promotions are available to all Users. par99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or extend any promotional offer at its reasonable discretion.

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution rates and time limits are stated in the specific promotional terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated time will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

par99 employs detection mechanisms to identify promotional abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; betting strategies designed to hedge bonus wagering with minimal risk; or exploiting the terms of an offer in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, par99 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, associated winnings and any wagering progress.

Participation in par99's VIP or loyalty tier program is at the Platform's invitation or based on meeting published activity thresholds, the details of which are set out in the current VIP program documentation. VIP perks, tier thresholds and reward structures may be amended by par99 at any time with reasonable notice. Tier status does not create a contractual entitlement to continued inclusion in the program.

Deposits to your par99 Account must be made from a payment method in your own name. par99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method. Deposits are ordinarily reflected in your Account balance promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment channel used.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected, your account verification status and applicable compliance checks. par99 does not guarantee specific processing speeds. Method availability may vary and is subject to operator policy and the policies of individual payment providers.

Familiar Pakistani payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers to institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as examples of payment infrastructure familiar to Pakistani users. Their mention here does not imply that these providers endorse gambling or that they are available as payment methods on par99. Users must confirm current payment method availability directly with the Platform.

Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. par99 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the total withdrawal value exceeds specified thresholds or where enhanced due diligence is required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Account balances may be maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where supported. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. par99 is not responsible for currency fluctuation losses.

par99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity and must not be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount they can deposit into their Account.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum permitted loss thresholds over specified time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration reminders and automatic logouts.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a self-exclusion period of a specified duration, during which they will be prevented from accessing their Account.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term breaks from gambling activity are available upon request.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Users of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

If you are concerned about your gambling behavior or that of someone you know, please seek assistance from appropriate support resources available in your jurisdiction. par99 strongly encourages players to gamble responsibly and will cooperate with reasonable requests for self-exclusion or account closure where welfare concerns are identified.

All content on the par99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software, odds presentations, game interfaces and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of par99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of par99. Scraping, mirroring, framing or any automated extraction of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

par99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or entirely secure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party data feed disruptions and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. par99 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime or technical disruptions.

All betting and gaming decisions are made solely by the User at their own risk. par99 accepts no liability for any financial losses resulting from wagers placed on the Platform. Gambling involves risk of financial loss, and there is no guarantee of profit. Users must not wager more than they can afford to lose.

par99 uses third-party service providers for game content, payment processing and data feeds. par99 is not responsible for the performance, accuracy or availability of third-party services and accepts no liability for losses attributable to third-party failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, par99's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

par99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where: a User has breached these Terms; fraud, collusion or bonus abuse is suspected; KYC requirements have not been satisfied; the Account appears to be used for money laundering purposes; or the Account is held by a User in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting par99 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time period. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method following completion of applicable KYC and compliance checks.

Upon termination of an Account for any reason, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to KYC completion and applicable compliance requirements.

par99 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support and, where applicable, direct marketing communications to which you have opted in.

par99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations or prevent fraud. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which par99 holds its operating license, as identified in the operator's published licensing information. Where an operator license is held in a specific jurisdiction, that jurisdiction's laws govern any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the User's use of the Platform.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may apply to their gambling activities and that par99 is not licensed or authorized under Pakistani law. Users are responsible for compliance with applicable local legislation.

In the event of any dispute between par99 and a User, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably in the first instance. Where amicable resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction.

par99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or prominent in-Platform notification at least fourteen (14) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law, regulatory directive or security necessity.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not accept revised Terms should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
